the unique V-Line vibrator, designed for long life and low maintenance. A choice of oil splash or grease lubrication to suit specific operational requirements ensures maximum bearing life. Easy of servicing means that bearing changes or counterweight adjustments can be made in minimum time, keeping HRI screens working productively.
For medium and heavy duty applications the standard HRI range includes
single, double and triple deck configurations in sizes from 1000 mm
wide x 2400 mm long up to 2500 mm wide x 7200 mm long,
all with single V-Line vibrator assemblies. Custom built options include
quad decks, double or triple vibrator assembly and VX or VXX extra
heavy duty perforated plate and grizzly bar scalpers.
SCREENS are designed for use on screens up to 4.000 mm,
HRI Quad-V is specifically for use on high volume application. Screen
formats can be single, double or tripple deck or, for special applications,
multi-slope ´banana´ decks. Lenghts range from 6.000 to 10.800 mm. The
unique Quad-V vibrators are mounted above or through the side plates,
coupled across the width of the screen using cardan shafts and transmitting
vibratory forces directly into the screen frame. This makes for significant
cost and weight savings.
Each vibrator has two double row, spherical roller bearings
with bore sizes up to 160 mm. Drive to the vibrator can be either
through cardan shaft or using V-belts which enables live mounting
of the motors on top of the machine, making a completely self contained
|Fully floating machine with models for either inclined or horizontal installations.|
Inclined screens use a single or double pair of vibrators
mounted through the centre of gravity of the machine to impart a circular
motion. A modified circular motion can be achieved when the vibrators
are mounted on top of the screen. For low angle and horizontal installations
two pairs of vibrator mechanisms are run in contra-rotating directions
to impart an elliptical motion.
Double shaft extensions
Standard shafts proved drive to the vibrator from one
side only. An optional double shaft extension enables the hand of
drive to be changed to the other side of the screen quickly and easily.
